Tarnelle One-Year Plating Warranty
At Tarnelle, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a 1-Year Warranty on the plating of select jewelry pieces purchased directly through our official website.
🛡️ What Our Warranty Covers
✅ Plating Warrant (1 Year)
Eligible Tarnelle pieces come with a 1-Year warranty on gold plating. If the plating fades, discolors, or wears off under normal use during this period, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty is strictly for plating issues and does not cover:

Structural Damage: Physical or accidental damage (scratches, dents, broken parts, or snapped chains).

Chemical Damage: Damage caused by perfumes, chlorine, lotions, or harsh chemicals.

Loss/Theft: Lost or stolen items.

Improper Care: Tarnishing due to improper care or storage (please see our care guide).

🛠️ How to Claim the Warranty
To request a warranty claim:

Email Us: Send an email to Contacts@tarnelle.com with your Order ID, Product Name, and a Clear Photo or Video showing the plating issue.

Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

Return Item: If approved, we will provide the return address. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us using a trackable courier.

Refund Processing: Once approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days. It will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).
