At Tarnelle, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a 1 Year Warranty on the plating of select jewelry pieces purchased directly through our official website.

Plating Warrant (1 Year)
Eligible Tarnelle pieces come with a 1-Year warranty on gold plating. If the plating fades, discolors, or wears off under normal use during this period, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.


❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage (scratches, dents, broken parts)
  • Damage caused by  perfumes, or chemicals
  • Tarnishing due to improper care or storage
  • General wear & tear
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Items not purchased from our official website

🛠️ How to Claim the Warranty

To request a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at Contacts@tarnelle.com with:

  2. Your Order ID

  3. Product name

  4. Clear photo or video showing the issue

  5. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

We will replate or repair your jewelry

If repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us

Repaired or replaced items will be shipped back free of charge
